"Amazing boat ride!"

I took the speed boat from Gili Air to Bali. It was an amazing experience! I sat upstairs and put my music on my headphones. I was admiring the stunning views along the way and I was listening to some chilled music. The staff members were very professional and friendly and they provided all customers with some snacks and bottles of water. The boat was very clean and I felt very safe. Overall it was a great boat trip and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends! Thank you :)

"Amazing service!"

We recently travelled on the ferry from serangan to gili t and we could not believe how well we were treated. Firstly, we got picked up from our hotel for free, we then sat in a cute cafe at the ferry depot whilst we waited for others to arrive ( sickness tablets were handed out during this time). We then were escorted to the boat which was emaculate and were given mints and a safety demonstration. The trip was smooth and totally worth the money. Also note that the service was the same on the way back and we were taken all the way to ubud free of charge!

"Very good experience "

Had a very good experience with this company. My boyfriend and I arrived at the port 2 hours early as we were worried about navigating the port and missing our boat. When we arrived staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they offered to let us go on the earlier boat at no extra charge so we weren’t waiting around for hours - this service was greatly appreciated and saved us a lot of time and meant we could spend longer on Gili T. After checking in a member of staff carried my suitcase for me to the dock (a few minutes walk away) as I was struggling and he was very friendly. The boat was pleasant. Indoor seating very comfy but we opted to sit outside in the top of the boat - very good music playing and friendly staff selling drink. Would absolutely use this company again.
