"Not happy with customer services"
Traveled to rosslair on 24/5/19 for a fishing trip along with two friends great crossing no problems,weather got bad so wanted to come home a day early,was in the sue for customer services for24 mins got fed up waiting ,tyres again a further 28 min,got through eventually, was told it would cost £92,00 ,to sail on Thurs morn 8,00am,when it clearly says amendments would be €35 or £35,so asked for phone number to talk to someone from stenna line ,was given num ,but num not recognised what a coincidence.anyway our property owner tried from work,48 mins wait, eventually got through,rang me for last four didgets of card ,they then put phone down on her,so she rang again number 37 in the que, 1hour 43mins on the phone eventually got through,to customer service this time our early return was sorted at a cost of £55,our land lady said they are so rude,they need to be reported to stenna line,will never travel with them again ,customer service is ,excuse my language ,SHIT.stenna line are good just need to get rid off direct ferries,!!
