Kompas

Kompas provides high-speed routes between the romantic Italian city of Venice and the Croatian coastal towns of Umag, Poreč, Rovinj and Pula on Istria, the largest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea, as well as the beautiful coastal destinations in Montenegro.

With their two modern catamarans, Prince of Venice and Adriatic Jet, Atlas Kompas guarantees a pleasant and comfortable journey for every passenger.

During the crossing, their friendly and knowledgeable staff members provide a detailed sightseeing itinerary of both Venetian and Croatian landmarks, ensuring your trip is as rewarding as possible.

On board Prince of Venice, you will find air-conditioned seating areas, toilets and three outdoor decks, all providing superb views across the Adriatic. The catamaran was also purposefully designed to be safe and stable during bad weather, so you can relax knowing you’re in the best hands.

The uniquely designed Adriatic Jet can hold up to 343 passengers and also provides spacious seating areas, air-conditioning, a well-equipped bar and a selection of duty-free products.

Kompas Customer Reviews

  • "Great trip"

We were one way passengers, and thought this was a great way to get to Venice. The experience of arriving into the City by water was amazing, and the way it works, giving lots of time on deck at the entrance ot the Lido and right into the Grand Canal was hugely appreciated. Thank yoiu for a good trip!

  • "Venice to porec ferry"

The trip was enjoyable! A very nice way to travel to Croatia. The website is not at all helpful. Nowhere does it tell you the boat departs from San Basilio. Also the confirmation email said all had to be on board by 3:30. We got there by 3 and nobody was even there and they didn't start passport control until 3:45. It would have been helpful for us to access a suitcase storage deposit to spend time in Venice instead of waiting for over an hour just to check in.
